Profile Of The Group

We have been together for almost two years and we feel comfortable working with each other hence we have a good coordination.

Tania: She is clever. Every time we need to do something she will give a good suggestion. She also has the brilliant answer during the presentation but she can't explain bravely to the audience. She gives a good direction for us, thus direction includes not only telling people what to do but helping each other to achieve our goal (finish our task well).

Ajeng: She always make everything easier than it seems. It makes the group members will feel relax and not feeling worry or stress. Even though she makes everything easier, she always feel responsible and do the task seriously, and try everything she can to finish the task.

Ricky: He is very smart on giving oral explanation in front of the audience. He has a lot of brilliant ideas. He is clever. He is smart. There is one thing that he don't like, working on details (making paper or making power point slide). 

Pang-Pang: He is very helpful. Whenever we need help, he always there to help us. He always try his best to do the task.

From explanation above, we can see that there is a cycle. We have a one thought that we want to do our best, not only merely work well enough to get by therefore, we complete each other weaknesses.
